RETURN OF GOODS
Returning the goods means that the User exercises his right to withdraw from the concluded online sales contract.
Conditions for exercising the User’s right of withdrawal from the concluded online sales contract:
✔ The cancellation must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods.
✔ The user is obliged to inform gb7shop.com of his intention to withdraw from the contract by returning the purchased goods or replacing them, by stating his decision in writing via the link or complaint form specified by gb7shop.com
✔ The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered to the User or to a person designated by the latter; The User is responsible for returning the goods in the specified condition.

✔ Goods returned within the above period are accepted only if the following conditions are simultaneously met:

✔ The request for return must be made in writing using the complaint form.
✔ Refund of the amount is made within fourteen days of receipt of the Goods at the specified return address, to the bank account specified by the User.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
The replacement of the goods means that the User does not withdraw from the concluded online sales contract, but wishes to return to gb7shop.com the goods already delivered to him due to a defect found by the User and to receive an identical one to the returned goods. The User is obliged to indicate the reasons for the requested replacement.
Условия за упражняване на правото на искане извършването на замяна на закупена от онлайн магазина стока:
✔ Искането за замяна следва да бъде направено в срок от 14 (четиринадесет) дни, считано от деня на доставката на стоката.
✔ Потребителят е длъжен да информира gb7shop.com за своето намерение да замени получената стока, като заяви своето решение в писмен вид.
✔ Разноските по връщането на стоката до gb7shop.com с цел заменянето й с друга идентична стока, както и разноските по обратната (повторна) доставка на стоката до посочен от Потребителя в поръчката адрес, са за сметка на Потребителя. Потребителят не дължи заплащане на разноските по връщането на стоката до Дружеството с цел заменянето й с друга идентична стока в случаите на констатирани и потвърдени от gb7shop.com явни недостатъци на стоката.
✔ При замяна на стока се прилагат съответно правилата за връщане на стока, описани в общите условия.
✔ Замяната на стока с идентичен продукт се извършва съгласно условията на обикновена (първоначална) поръчка.
В случай, че:
gb7shop.com няма в наличност идентичен продукт, с който да бъде заменена върнатата стока, и Потребителят не желае да замени върнатата стока с друга стока,
gb7shop.com се задължава да възстанови на Потребителя платената от него стойност на стоката в съответствие с общи условия и се освобождава от всякаква друга отговорност.
Правила, приложими и при връщането, и при замяната на стоки:
✔ Възстановяването на суми, при наличие на основание за такова, се извършва по банков път, и се извършва в съответствие с разпоредбите, съдържащи се в настоящите Общи условия.
✔ До момента на предаване на връщаната/заменяната стока на gb7shop.com рискът от погиването или повреждането й се носи от Потребителя.
✔ Върнатата (при упражнено правно на отказ и при искане за замяна) стока се преглежда, чрез отваряне на получената от Потребителя пратка в присъствието на комисия в състав от трима души. Констатациите на комисията относно състоянието на върната стока са обвързващи за страните.

Връщане и замяна
Връщане на продукт е валидно, ако при доставката получите продукт различен от поръчаният, грешен цвят или размер. Връщането става в рамките на 14 дни в състоянието в което е получен продукта (не нарушена опаковката, продукта не е използван и не е нарушена неговата цялост).

If a problem occurs that you believe is the fault of the manufacturer, improper workmanship or a defect in the materials, you can make a complaint. The complaint is accepted on the “complaint form” page with a description of the problem. We will respond to you as soon as possible and will forward the matter to the importers/manufacturers.
After the preliminary information submitted by you is checked by the responsible importer/manufacturer for the defect or damage, the manufacturer establishes the cause of its occurrence. If it is the fault of the importer/manufacturer, a free repair is carried out. If the repair is impossible, the product is replaced with another. If it is impossible to repair or replace, the amount paid is refunded.
All warranty services and repairs are covered by the importers. Transportation in both directions is at the expense of the customer.
The consumer has the right, within 14 days, to unconditionally withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without paying any costs, except for those for delivery in case he has chosen a method of delivery other than the standard cheapest for the trader, as well as the costs of returning the goods.
